2.1.2. Documentation requested. The documentation requested by the athletes' app involves:

2.2. Security of financial information. It's important to mention that we never ask you to send your financial or billing information directly to us.

(viii) All requests will be handled free of charge, and will be subject to a prior assessment of their identity and the viability of service, in order to comply with any obligations that prevent the complete fulfillment of requests from right holders.
7.3. Transfer of users' personal data. Some of your personal data may be transferred to other countries, for example, when we use cloud computing services for data processing or storage, located outside Brazil. 9.2. Tolerance. Any tolerance for non-compliance herewith will be considered mere liberality, and will not be considered a novation nor will it become part of these Terms.
9.3. Forum. The Forum of Curitiba, State of Paraná, is hereby elected to resolve any conflicts arising from this instrument, renouncing any other, however privileged it may be.
Having stated the terms and conditions of the privacy policy, the user must agree with the provisions for effective use of the service offered, and use without express and written agreement will be considered tacit agreement.
