Terms of Use, Subscription, Refund and Privacy Policy

1. About the Platform

My Requests is a SaaS platform focused on football industry management, networking, negotiation, recruitment, communication and operational workflows between clubs, agents, scouts, intermediaries and football professionals.

2. Account Registration

Users must create an account with accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer monthly, annual, enterprise, and trial plans. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically. You will receive renewal notifications approximately 7 days and 1 day before your renewal date. By providing your payment method, you authorize the collection of fees, taxes, and any additional services contracted.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings, the billing portal, or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically initiate a refund. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. First-time subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. Renewal charges become non-refundable after 14 calendar days or upon continued usage of the platform. The Company may issue partial refunds or credits at its sole discretion. Users must contact the Company before initiating any chargebacks.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, upload malware, scrape platform data, impersonate other individuals or organizations, or engage in spamming or other abusive behaviors while using the service.

7. Data Privacy and LGPD Compliance

We process data per the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other relevant international regulations. We collect your name, email, phone, billing details, organization data, usage analytics, and communication records. We also collect data related to the players you manage, including performance statistics, contract details, and transfer history.

This information is used for operating the platform, processing payments, delivering services, providing support, maintaining security, and fulfilling legal obligations. We may employ third-party processors to facilitate our service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery). These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers with industry-standard encryption. We implement robust security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Specifically, player contracts and sensitive documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our service.

User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data stored in our system, as well as request a data export. If you wish to exercise these rights, delete your account, or have privacy-related inquiries, please contact our support team at support@myrequests.app. We will remove your data from our active servers according to applicable laws.

8. Platform Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted operation or 100% uptime.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party payment gateways, football databases, messaging platforms, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for any outages or issues originating from these third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the platform are owned or licensed by the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the platform or any part of its services.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or other intangible losses. Total liability is capped at the amount you have paid to the Company in the previous 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for fraud, abuse, illegal conduct, or payment default. Upon termination, access will be revoked, your data may be deleted after applicable retention periods, and any unpaid amounts will remain due.

13. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Curitiba, Paraná shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
